If you're curious, you can always type in Vilde into google translator and it'll detect it as Norwegian, then you can compare the Norwegian way to say it and the English way.

My name is only useful insofar as it refers to me, and people associate their ideas of who I am with my name. So, as far as I'm concerned, any word that refers to me is suitable as a name. Although, I will say that after going this long with the same name, I'm a bit attached to my current one.
