My name is Akemi Mokoto, and I did change it. To what? AKEMI MOKOTO! It became "Akemi Mokoto" on March, 26, 2012. I will be changing it AGAIN next year permanently to Akemi Tachibana.

I've never liked my name, but thats mostly cause I've always ended up as "old -name-" or "number two -name-". Its a too common name, so I prefer calling myself Rolin. My last name is "rare" and more uncommon so I've always liked that, expect that I've always ended up last on lists and such since it starts with W.

My name is Ok, but so old fashioned, most ppl don't use it anymore.....my last name is ok too, but I hate that ppl assume I'm Mexican when I'm not.....the spelling is different! >:[ Also, I belong to the NMN club.....No Middle Name....Lazy parents, I guess.....I might like to have one, but my name is long enough as it is...it's a pain in the a$$ to have to sign things requiring my full name. Anyone else with NMN?

When I was younger I disliked my name -- I thought it was common. It is a little common, but not a "david" or "john" common, so it is ok. As I got older I simply accepted it, and now actually consider it a sign of respect when people call me by it. It doesn't really matter what the name is, but a name is the second gift a parent will give (after life itself -- cheesy I know), why not make use of it? Why not be happy with it?

Naw, I like my name. A cooler name that I'm willing to make an exception for is Sir Lucious Left Foot, but that is, sadly, taken.
