Good episode, like really good.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide It was extremely sad because I love Aoyamas character but it was nice to see some emotional interaction between her and Sorata. Also I actually like the fact Sorata lashed out at Shiina, life isn't fair and he's seeing it all come crashing down around him with his game, Aoyamas dreams of being a VA, and Sakurasou being torn down even after all their hard work. Meanwhile his game was nothing more than a stepping stone to try and recruit Shiina for her talents. Sorata and Aoyama will have a lot of shit to work through though if they don't want to stay broken forever. I can't wait to see where the story goes next. |

Episode 21 - I can kind of see where this is going, but all I know is that Mashiro better be the one getting with Sorata or I will be extremely pissed. Anyway great very emotional episode. Had my emotions in a bit of a mix, but here goes my predictions for the next episode.
Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Sorata wakes up and finds out that Mashiro has left and tries to go chase her down. Nanami noticing the random turn of events, and due to her overall emotional pain she went through while being by Sorata's side the whole time tries to stop him by confessing her love, but Sorata doesn't know what to do. Jin throws out some inspirational love quote that makes Sorata realize his feelings for Mashiro. [It probably won't happen all in one episode buuut...] Sorata ends up chasing down Mashiro and saying some love dub romance stuff that convinces Mashiro to stay with him. (and hopefully a kiss scene)

Oh, Sorata... Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide you really need to stop whining and taking out your frustrations on others around you. It's not Shiina's fault she has talent that others recognize yet you have to make her feel awful about it and that she is the cause for everything. Yes, your in high school but you are ignorant for letting Shiina run in the house visibly upset and have her leave without saying something to her. |

This is where things really go downhill and after it started looking better. Spoiler Alert! Click to show or hide Sorata goes through yet another rejection; he and Nanami both have a breakdown. It made me think about how i really like Nanami as a character. I loved the scene they had in the rain and Mashiro watches them. She is now realizing the pain of getting hurt. She also has figured out that her talent is alienating her and seeing her leave at the end gets you wondering what she's planning in order to save Sakura Hall. |

I don't know about the source material or the direction it's headed, but I like the fact nothing is going good for anyone but the person that talent comes naturally too. Hard work in life is nice and all but it means absolutely squat because life isn't fair.
To me if everything is resolved and all hunky dory by the end of the season it will cheapen what the show has said so far. I don't necessarily think it has to be a bad or sad ending but something too happy seems to cheapen the struggles everyone's going through.
