If I can watch Another just fine but I can't watch Sakurasou on the go, then there's a problem. I wish someone with more say would contact crunchyroll and find out the problem. Maybe give this show more love. Is it an iphone then you have to go to https://www.crunchyroll.com/acct/?action=video Set your content filter to show mature content and make sure your birthday is entered in the settings. What mature content??? |

Came out October 10th but the publisher obviously didn't take an anime bump into account. I hope they are reprinting it already. Incredibly there is controversy brewing over a difference between the light novel and anime meal served in the last episode. In the LN it is just described as rice gruel/okayu but in the anime it was changed to a Korean dish. This has nationalists up in arms. I hope this does not turn into something worse than the Kokoro Connect seiyuu punk'd incident and blowup. Tempest in a tchawan... Doesn't seem like they are on the same damaging scale at all lol I am always serious. I think this one could be worse, we'll see. But yes, this does seem to be within the Toradora level of romantic comedy anime greatness. this is actually going to escalate? whaaaat but then again I have no idea how anime fans in Japan react to these kinds of things |

The character that Mashiro most reminds me of is Nodame from Nodame Cantabile. The difference is that she is brilliant when it comes to things visual and Nodame is brilliant when it comes to things aural. Nodame is slightly more socially adept, but no more capable of taking care of herself and her surroundings.
The biggest difference is that Sorata is not a fellow genius, like Chiaki. But they both have a bit of the male tsundere in them... |

Could someone please explain the Korean dish controversy to me? I thought it was a bad joke but then I looked on amazon.jp and the show has been blasted over this. 1 out of 5 stars so far. What gives?

Episode 7 ![]() New character. We saw it coming from the brief preview last time. I'm surprised that the latest episode had more fan-service than expected beyond just the moe. But anyways, it was an amusing watch especially with that phone conversation and the "date". I had to facepalm myself a few times when watching Yuuko and Misaki this episode as well. |

And the Date... Sorata was caught like a deer in the headlights. Poor guy. Personally, I'm rooting for Nanami. :) |

Oh, poor Atlas. The world's a beast of a burden...

This weeks episode was a blast as usual. Yuko was a riot. The part with Mashiro and Nanami putting rice on their face after Sorata picks one off Yuko was hilarious.

Great episode from beginning to end, laughing out loud constantly. Didn't just use tropes, abused them to great comic effect. Rice on your face, imouto, public bath, sizes, fan voice, driving lessons, just kept it up all show long. A favorite if not the favorite this fall. Two cour, light novels too, looking forward to more of this one.

The one complaint I have with CR about this show is that they mislabeled it. When I first saw the title I thought it was about a girl who had a lot of pets, not a girl who was a pet... that little hyphen they left out of the title makes all the difference in "Let's eat grandma", and "let's eat, grandma". xD
Personally I loved this episode, it was hilarious. Yuko taking on Nanami's role of being horrified by everything was great. Cant count the times I was loling for real. I really like Nanami and Sorata better than Mashiro. Mashiro just seems like a plot device to get the other two into a relationship. |
