Think it has to do with Viz having the manga licenses to it for North American release so the rights to stream it probably belong to them. Not sure but this seems to be the logical explanation. I dont think CR would have passed on it if they had a choice since it's wildly popular with girls and guys.

Per llamaben, Funimation has it:

His information has been reliable enough in the past that I would bet money on it and be planning on how to spend my winnings.

EDIT:

Too bad I couldn't have made a bet on that, as they indeed have the two he stated, along with 4 others:

Yeah I saw the news on animenewsnetwork. So I guess Funimation will be a week behind? Not sure how Funimation operates really since they have only had 2 shows I ever cared to watch.

From what I recall in the past, if they were going to catch up (i.e., post 2 episodes tomorrow), they would mention it, so I assume they will be 9 days behind the premiere of each episode in Japan on this one.

That seems a bit odd, however, as even the latest two stations on the schedule aired the first episode last Friday. We'll find out for certain tomorrow at 1 PM eastern.

the anime seems to be following the manga pretty closely so far. And I really like the end song too. Been a while since I heard an op/end song I liked.

And you were right, Funimation got two episodes. i was able to watch a few minutes of episode two, how I hope they can fix their streams for me... From what I saw I shouldn't form an opinion but it wasn't grabbing me.

Well I think its ok .

I like demons demigods in that folklore, I find it fascinating but this one doesn't really have a dark deep plot to the story , not like Nurarihyon no Mago , which has really good plot , lots of interesting characters ,action except for the marginal animation and Viz only streamed it so not everyone knew about it which lead to poor manga sales .
