Well, there's always proxy servers. A proxy server to Denmark or Sweden would give you a big chunk of Crunchyroll's series.
Unfortunately it would then be recorded as viewership from Denmark or Sweden, so it wouldn't help your country get series. So someone who wants to encourage streaming to their own country would only use a proxy server when the show is region blocked.
The best I can do is pay for CR to watch a limited number of shows, of which I could also easily watch subbed but I still keep premium here anyway.
That
does generate royalties for those show that
do allow a license to your country, so it both rewards the creators and encourages the production committees to repeat those license terms. Whether or not a series royalties covers the minimum guarantee, the demographics of the viewership of the show will still be available to be reported back to the licensor.
