Do you like mexican food?

Growing up in a small Midwestern town, for a long time, all I knew (or thought I knew) of Mexican food was Taco Bell! After a trip to Mexico in 2000, and later living in California a while (and taking some cooking classes), I found real Mexican food to be wonderfully varied and it can be quite excellent. Eating at Rick Bayless' Topolobampo/Frontera Grill restaurant in Chicago during a meeting some years ago was a treat. Unfortunately, over the years, I've developed a reaction to peppers, and so have to be fairly careful now when eating Mexican food.

So, yes, I love Mexican food (even if I can't eat much of it now)!
