Gintama. I lasted barely half the first episode and said NOPE.

The new 5 or so minute animes.. just can't stand 'em.

Natsuiro Kiseki. I couldn't make it past the first ten minutes.
The second one would proably be Cuticle Tantei Inaba.

The fastest was probably...a couple of seconds? After seeing so much fanservice...I just couldn't stomach it.

Queens Blade, 2 eps. I rarely drop things. But crazy big bouncing bewbies all over the place isn't my cup of tea

Excel Saga - the humor style is not one I enjoy. Dropped at the end of the first ep (would have dropped earlier if not watching with a friend that love the series and didn't want me to leave the room).

I've dropped an anime based on the opening sequence before but to be fair I'm pretty picky about my anime. I've dropped shows only to try again later and enjoyed it.

I usually browse a lot of anime, as a rule of thumb I'll set up about 5 animes that have received praise and watch the first episode of each to determine if I want to continue the series.

I actually agree with the person who speaks badly of gintama. I haven't dropped it yet but I zone off during a lot of episodes and get the gist of the anime. I think I've made it up to 20+ episodes and I haven't found a moment that has gripped me yet. I guess I'm only giving it so much patience is because it receives such high praise. I'm hoping it's one of those sleeper animes that pick up after the first arch or something. I don't know.

I dropped hunter x hunter within 2-3 minutes. I just hate the 12 year old boy adventure formula. It's the same reason I almost didn't get into naruto but after watching about 6 episodes of hunter x hunter my interest was peaked a little. It didn't take until heavens arena for me to actually like the anime.

heh, yah I saw queens blade on Hulu and thought, "Okay, maybe it's a cool female amazonian type thing." I quickly realized it was an ecchi anime (I have nothing against ecchi or hentai, it's just not my bag.). The slow-mo clothing ripping parts made me actually burst out laughing. And the fighting is all about 5-10 seconds until there's another excuse to zoom on an area or the copious amounts of upskirts, etc. Ugh, horrible anime. I wish that wasn't so easily available. I can just imagine some people finding queen's blade, giving it a try and coming to the conclusion all anime is just poorly saturated sexual innuendos and cheesy moments.

For me it was This Ugly Yet Beautiful World.

The set-up was....alright. The artwork and animation were......alright. And the nudity was...........F#%KIN' EVERYWHERE!!!
I guess my point is, is that, besides the nudity, this show really doesn't do anything; it's just your typical alien meets guy or girl and tries to get used to Earth culture you've seen over and over.

....with boobs.
