The weather was pleasant, the day smells of spring and the wind was soft. It was a beautiful late April day, the perfect day for the opening ceremony at Saint Cross's Acadamy for Vampire Children, a boarding or private school that takes in vampiric children in need, whether pureblood, changeling, or a hybrid. These children that line the streets to enter through the gates are new comers to replace the ones that had left the year before, but this gathering of new entries are only a portion of the total student population at the school. There are also the ones already living on campus, those who have already been welcomed and already attended the opening ceremony themselves. Some ignore the likes of the new comers while others are eager to see some new faces. Either way, If just one of them were to take a peak they would surely remember the large moveable stadium in front of the school doors, a podium on top, and a microphone on top of that for the Headmaster and other speakers to speak into. On both sides of the stage were two medium sized speakers so the vampires in the back could hear despite thier heightened senses. Those with out the capability to hear were instructed to meet in the auditorium after dinner around 7:30. There were also chairs outside too. Rows and rows of chairs being filled by new students, and a few distinct ones placed on top of the stage for quest speakers to sit on. If anyone were to take only a look they would see the familiar greeting staff talking amongst themselves while the rows of chairs filled, and once it was time to start, they too take their seats. Each one of them will soon be known, but none more known then the odd ball with the bright red hair, strange jacket, and a little white cat shaped ghost puppet on his right hand. The school's head master. Just a glance at this scene and any current residential at the school would surely remember his speech....if you can call it a speech at all.

"Helloooo! What a fine day is it not? Hello hello!" he waved to the students, only few waved back. He then turned to speak to a man behind him, a guest speaker, while covering up the microphone. He was obviously stalling for late arrivals by having small talk between the students and the guest speakers behind him. "Is everyone excited to be here today? Excited for school!?" He hollered but only received a light murmur from the audience. "Aaaw come on, guys be a bit more happy to be here...." he groaned rolling his head getting a light chuckle from the students. "Hey hey, at least it's nice out right? Last year's students had to do this in the rain!" He grinned, a genuine grin that showed he cared about his students. His remark got a light laugh but mostly murmuring. He turns to the man behind him "Constantine should we start?" he asks to the man at his immediate right. He looked like an an unpleasant man, much different from the Headmaster. Unlike the headmaster he looked older, probably in his thirties in human terms, and he had shoulder length dark brown hair that fell messily around his face. His eyes were like daggers as he glared down at the students along with an unhappy scowl. If you added the katana at his side he was just down right scary, but this changed when the Headmaster spoke to him. His eyes quickly became soft and a smile replaced the previous scowl.
"What ever you think is best sir..."he answers.
"I'll give it a little more time." The red-haired headmaster concluded and turned off the microphone. The guest speakers and the headmaster spoke freely among themselves for another ten minutes while late comers made it to their seats. "Hello hello!" He waved to the tardy arrivals. "I believe it's about time we started, after all you have to pick up your belongings and unpack!" The headmaster nodded to himself and went on speaking. " Well well well, I'm going to be honest with you lot....I reeeeeally don't like standing up here and droning on and on about some stupid speech that you would completely block out anyways! So, I have decided that it will be best to introduce you to our guest speakers for today. Each on of them are head of staff and you will get to know each one of them during your time here. Let's start with me. Hello everyone my name is Mr. Liam Whensworth! I am your headmaster for as long as you are a student at this school and also your head of education. The man to my immediate right, the crowds left, is your Vice Headmaster and head of security, Mr. Krawl. He will discuss with you about security in a more in depth level, Constantine....," the Headmaster turned to the man named Constantine who stood up to his applaud. Liam stepped to the side so Constant could speak.

"Thank you Liam...Now let me explain, security consists of two parts. School security for your protection of outside threats which is carried out by our own officers. The other part is the disciplinary staff. The disciplinary staff are for those punks who want to throw the schools learning environment into the trash. They too will be handled by our officers. Now lets put that into simple terms for those of you that are to slow to understand what I am saying. The Disciplinary Staff and the School Guards are the same people, and you will be punished accordingly. Rules and regulations can be found on pages eleven through fifteen. Any disorderly conduct of any kind will not be tolerated. I will not bore you with explaining these set rules, you are capable children and can read them yourselves. That is all." With nothing else to say the tall dark haired man sat back down in his seat and kept his eyes fixed on the crowd.....he was scowling again.
"Oi oi, Constantine, always so serious with you hahaha..., but thank you for those choice words...," the Headmaster laughed a bit nervously before continuing on to the next person who was a young woman to his immediate left, crowds right, who looked to be in her twenties. He long black hair almost reached her ankles, she was tall for a woman but that was because of the heels she wore, and her face was clean of blemishes, donned a pair of playful red eyes with a beauty mark under her left eye, and a devilish yet refined smile. She also wore a long purple dress that had a black hue to hit, making it appear darker and her heels were a violet red. She was beautiful, and anyone would be able to tell. "Next we have our Head of Extracurricular Activities and Dorm Manager Ms. Clearson." She stood up waving to the crowd as the applauded for her and took position behind the podium.

"Hello, hello. Thank you very much. It's an honor to see all these wonderfully bright faces. Now I will address my job. Extracurricular activities includes extra classes which are optional for students to take, clubs, sports, and school activities. An example of each in said order would be a foreign language class, the gardening club, football team, and school dances. I am the one you come to regarding clubs and field trips. For a sports team you may ask your gym teacher regarding that, for clubs you just arrive at the time the tell you, they will tell you in morning announcements b the way, and extra class you should have signed up for already. Oh! And school activities will also be announced in the mornings as well. On another matter, I am also dorm manager, meaning if there is a problem regarding your room you come speak to me about it please. There are dorms classified for each grouping. There is an Elementalist Dorm for those who control elements, Psychotic for those who can not control their powers and have an unstable character, and then housing which consists of Scholars, Saint Cast's Devils, The Royal Court, Ambassadors, and the "Other" grouping. We have already assigned you to your groups after thoroughly studying your background information. After the ceremony you are to head directly to registration in the gym to be assigned to your room and group. Those who do not go directly to this event will be dealt with by Mr. Krawl and the disciplinary staff. Also I would like to inform you that rooms are shared between two people unless more housing is needed and rooming does not apply to gender or age, you will be paired with ANYONE in your dorm grouping, if you have any problems with this please let me know TODAY OR TOMORROW so I can make new arrangements for you. Oh and another thing, I will be living among the students of "Housing". Please stop by and visit any time. I am always up for a party!" Ms. Clearson cheered into the microphone before finishing and taking her seat again. She smiled at the other woman siting next to her on her right. The woman was asain, of which country is not known by appearance. Her hair was shorter than Clearson's and tied back into a pony tail; it was the same color though. Her face was expressionless and tiresome looking as if she had been up all night. If you were good at connecting the dots you might have noticed that she was a doctor who has to take care of the sick day in an day out judging by her face and the fact she was wearing a doctors coat. She merely got up and sluggishly made her way to the podium.

" Now we have the hea-" Liam was cut off and pushed aside by the woman's tiny hands. "My name is Ms. Hanako, I am Head of the Medical Staff and this schools top doctor. The clinics location is provided on your school planner so it is not necessary for me to tell you were it is. Come to us when you are injured, if you can not we will be contacted and brought to you. I am also head of Intermediate Response. Meaning Me and a group of teachers are "therapists" for the psychotics and provide counseling for troublesome relationships. There are medical kits in each dorm room, if you can fix yourself then DONT bother the medical staff." As soon as she finished someone busted through the school entrance.
"Ms. Hanako! One of the students have lost control of their powers! There are ten casualties. We need immediate assistance now!" A girl reported as she ran up to the doctor.
"I know, I can smell the blood." Hanako answered her assistant calmly leaving the stage and heading inside with out her.
"Oi oi, Hanako!" Liam called to her but he was ignored.
"Uwaah I'm terribly sorry Mr. Headmaster sir! If only I was better at my job." the girl fretted. "Oh oh no Chantelle it isn't your fault. Aaaah don't start crying!" Liam paniced and turned to Clearson for help "Azuure, help please." he begged.
"Uwaaaaah!!" Chantelle frantically wiped her tears. Azure approached her and tried to calm her down with soothing words but Chantelle continued to snivel and sob. Azure look back to Liam to find Constantine standing behind her.
"C-constantine?" Azure questioned but was easily ignored. He moved Azure to the side and got down on his knees so he was at her level.
"....Quit that obnoxious sniveling." he demanded in a serious tone which made Chantelle clam up and stare at him. "Instead of crying about how horrible you are at your job you should be helping Hanako right now and aspiring to get better. Hanako would be ashamed."
"......" Chantelle merely remained quiet and sniffing after crying so hard.
"Chantelle, when you started working here as Hanako's assistant you promised us your best....but your best isn't good enough. You too are here to learn like the students. So LEARN, learn and prove to everyone how much of an important person you are. We all can see your potential, but you." He sighed and patted the small head of the girl. This girl Chantelle had long light brown hair tied up into a messy yet small bun with a blue bow, big brown tearful eyes on a baby face with a gentle smile as she nodded in agreement with Constantine. "Your hair pin is about to fall out, let me fix that....," Constant insisted removing the black bunny hair pin and then fixing it back into place, "now run along and do your job alright?" he turned her around and gentle nudged her forward.
"O-okay! Thank you Mr.Krawl!" the little girl expresses her thanks by bowing before turning back around and running inside.

After that little fiasco the crowd had become restless and noisy amongst them selves not paying much attention to Constantine's rare moment of gentle kindness. Azure and Constant took their seats while Liam addressed the issue with the crowd and eventually regained their attention.
"My my....sorry about that little intrusion. Hopefully we wont have much more like that. Well let's continue,......This school was founded on my whim to help other vampires in need. So it's only obvious that we have encountered some sad stories since it's opening. Our next speakers are students that have agreed to attend the open ceremony today to enlighten you of their stories and how the school has helped them from their past selves. Now, to me personally, this is a serious and sensitive matter and I demand to show respect and consideration for those who are about to tell you these stories. If you are incapable to act accordingly....I will deal with you PERSONALLY." Liam announces to the audience in a overwhelming and sudden stern tone. He was not kidding and Constantine pitied the poor souls that were caught goofing off during this moment of the open ceremony. The headmaster as yet to refuse anyone entry to the school, but he has threatened to throw those certain few out onto the streets to fend for themselves. It pained him to see Liam resort to such a solution but someday it might end up being the best solution. "So we will have the vice president of the music club speak first." Liam continued moving aside for a girl dressed in a simple red dress to step up to the podium. The girl spoke about how she was unable to control her powers when she was turned by a young man on her highschool's football team. The man gave her little support on controlling her powers and as a result she ended up killing her best friend. Ever since she has entered Saint Cast's Boarding School she has obtained a great amount of control over her powers and has found new friends to replace the ones she lost before. The next child to speak was a young boy who's master killed his parents and brutally murdered his older sister. He was still haunted by the images in his nightmares but has gone through counseling and has great improved in his ability to trust others again. The next child, however, was much more popular to the school body. It was the President of the Royal Court, a tall sixteen year old young man who was known as Rylan. He had long silky black hair that fell right below his cheeks, and two bright hetero eyes. His right eye was red and his left one a light, almost clear blue. He sported a blue jacket with a red t-shirt underneath, dark grey colored skinny jeans and black pair of leather gloves on his hands. Bound to him by an arm strap was a mini portable red cooler, students that know him would tell you he carried it everywhere with him so he could eat when ever he wanted. This reason for that...could be found his own sad tale.

Rylan stepped up to podium for his turn and gave a cheerful smile to the audience. "Heeeey everyone! Well before we begin I would like to thank the two students before me for finding the courage to come and openly speak about themselves and the school today. Thank you Sarah...Jack." The crowd gave a light applaud before being silence by Rylan. "Well...I have never really been entirely open about my past before. Never really thought about it you know....but when I was asked to speak to you guys today I thought to myself how I could stand their and NOT talk about the wonderful things that this school has done for me....what....the headmaster has done for me. I was born only sixteen years ago, in a little hospital in the a town called Hilltop. I was a doner baby and born as a Hybrid. Meaning my father, whoever that is, donated his sperm to my mother who was human and in a homosexual relationship. I-i dont know WHY a vampire would do such a thing to a human.....but that is a different story. My mother died before she could give birth to me, I drained her dry. The doctors and my other mother knew I was killing her but she....she protected me anyways and I ju- Im sorry......, "Rylan tried to force a smile but he couldn't. He wiped at his face with his sleeves before calming down and was able to continue, "I know I shouldn't be sad about it since I was just a baby but she didn't deserve that. After she died in the hospital I was pulled out of her womb, I'm sure they were surprised to see what a giant baby she carried.....I grew quickly at first despite not being able to drink any blood. I was a troublesome baby that slept during the day, didn't like normal food, the usual for a hybrid child. I think the third year my father actually stopped by to tell her she was killing me. You think human's would be a little smarter right? Anyways she figured it out, and that was the worst.. They learn what a horrible thing you are and immediately hate you. She started to act funny. "You killed her! You monster!" she shouted that all the time whenever she got scary looking....she said some other things to I think. It's actually quite hard to remember, I just remember that she became scary and then one day they just took her away. I didn't understand why she hated me. I didn't know what I did wrong, they put me in this strange place. Well, at the time I thought it was strange. There were other children there, and nuns, but they were different from me. The nuns looked after us but I was so hungry....I didn't like the food they gave me still. It tasted like sand and I didn't know why I didn't like it. Until one day I found out...I drank from one of the other children. Right then I knew exactly what I was, why my mother hated me, why I disliked normal food and slept during the day, why I was different. It was short lived because the nun came in and found us. I was so scared. I was only five at the time you know so of course I was terrified when she started screaming. Things are a blur after that, I just ran I think, ran and ran till my little body couldn't ta-," He was suddenly cut short by a loud intrusion from behind. The double doors had swung open making a huge bang, starting some people, and someone was shouting loudly as they came out.

_Every student turned in their seats to see who was making the commotion, causing the startles and interrupting the sad tale so rudely. The shouting came from a tall, well-built guy with platinum blonde hair that seemed to glow a faded neon blue, the same shade as his eyes which were twisted along with his entire face. His shirt was a beautiful silky blue with a black collar and his dusty brown jacket ruined it. His jeans were ordinary save for the chains attached to him, something that didn't seem like a good idea for him to be carrying around with such a temper. It was obvious by the way his arms were extended that he was the one who swung the doors open so violently. It was a wonder how they hadn't heard him approaching as when he entered he was in the middle of his shouting, "...WE WOULD BE LATE; WHY DON'T YOU EVER LISTEN?! I swear I am not allowing this BULL when it comes to your classes! You are NOT going to get tardies simply because you refuse... to..." His face had been glowing red under his eyes and on his nose; however, when he saw nearly every eye was upon him, the red shifted to his cheeks.
_The victim of his shouting was one of the very few in the room paying little mind to him. She seemed unshakened by it, but she didn't look as if she wasn't taking what he was saying seriously. There was a flutter in her eyes when he mentioned getting tardies, something she could only associate with getting into trouble. As for her appearance, she was a bit of a contrast. She was short with young, smooth, lovely features yet her hair was a grainy white as if she had aged a century in her sleep. Her facial expressions were subtle, experienced, and almost careful while her clothing were mixed with a few patches here and there, suggesting she cared very little for fashion. She also wore very large, thick glasses, strange but not uncommon for vampires considering their heightened senses.
_As a few whispers began, the four-eyed vampirette stated to her blushing companion, "Way to re-establish your bad rep as a hothead, Aiden." She then readjusted the gold bow on her head as Aiden mentally stabbed himself multiple times in the heart with an imaginary stake. A third character appeared behind them, trying his best to slip in unnoticed. Unfortunately for him, he bumped right into the girl and set her off.
_"Oh... not you," she groaned. The boy with a dirty blonde with plain brown eyes, glaring at her as he tried to move on. "Well, it's good to see you, Pierce." She truly meant it, and one could tell by the tone of her voice. The boy, Pierce, though, wasn't going to have it.
_"Shut up, brat," he grumbled. "Thanks for the diversion." He walked backwards, saluting her innapropriately then disappeared into the crowd before anyone was any the wiser. It helped that he was wearing a black long sleeved shirt over a white collared shirt with dark jeans. He blended well with the other students despite his height and the fact he was noticeably older than them.

"....Oh...you scared me there Aiden." Rylan announced gripping his shirt where his heart was still crying from the story. "I-it would be best to be more careful next time. Mr.Krawls heart wouldn't be able to handle it." He joked taking his hand away from his shirt and sliding it into his pocket. This got the crowd laughing lightly.
"Don't include me in your petty jokes Rylan."
"Sorry sorry." Rylan laughed wiping the rest of his tears away. He turned to face the crowd and took notice to a girl in front. She was curled up into a ball, her knees to her chest and arms wrapped around them with her head down. She was shaking while an older man, probably in his early twenties was trying to assure that everything was alright. "Oh, it appears we do have a small issue with your intrusion Aiden. Is that girl alright? Yes you, the one with the girl. Is she alright?" Rylan asked which got Azure to stand up and make her way over to check on the two. The elder man was skinny yet fit with normal blonde hair and shiny green eyes with rounded thick rimmed glasses. He wore a small purple hat that was tinted black and matched the rest of his attire. A light coat of the same color with its sleeves rolled up to above his elbows and under neat his coat was a short sleeved shirt with an odd pattern of hearts that were of various colors of pink, lavender, and a light, probably mocha, brown. As an accessory he had a strange yellow ribbon tied into a small and delicate bow. He certainly looked like a strange man but that wasn't important at the moment. Right now there was a girl who need help. She was wearing a very detailed silk and cotton dress colored a beautiful dusty blue with a hue of grey in the slits of her sleeves and her small ruffles were colored a darker, perhaps a navy blue color. Her dress was also adorned with three thin belts around the arms and waist, and a small chain that dangled on her left hip. Along with her dress she wore a dark tan boots with brown laces that crossed all the way to the top and tied off to a droopy bow. With the way she was sitting you would have been able to see her unmentionables, however, to prevent this she wore black leggings that matched the color of her long hair which stopped at her mid-back. The only thing that looked bright to her attire was the simple white bow that was clipped to the top of her head.
"Poor girl looks so terrified." Azure sighs after looking her over.
"She's afraid of vampires, so she's already on the edge right now. I thought this schools would be a calm peaceful place for my master!" the drudge parked angrily.
"I apologize on behalf of those who dont get the memo that this is a learning environment. Truely, we are sorry for the inconvenience but whether this school is appropriate for your....master.....is not the issue right now." Azure scoffed.
"Constantine!" Azure called him over.
"It looks like we are having some difficulties right now, please converse freely among yourself right now, but do it quietly!" Rylan announced to the crowd as the heads of staff pondered about what to so with the situation.
"A vampirette that's terrified of her own kind? That's absurd! Either way, that boy is responsible for this girls reaction. AIDEN!" Ignoring the other head's of staff reasonings he made his way over to AIden before he could escape. "You young man are responsible for this!" He reprimanded him and grabbed hold of his arm and dragged him over to the girl. She was still shaking, the drudge not allowing anyone to touch her for comfort. "You startled this poor girl into shock! Now take care of her!" He growled pushing him forward.
"Oi Constantine do you really think this is a good idea? If she's scared of vampires then wouldn't it be bad setting her up with hot head?" Liam asked.
"My point exactly!" The drudge protested.
"Your points do not matter to me, I WILL discipline this child! This is best suited for him, and gives him reason to actually TRY to learn better control of his anger. I will not have this discussion anymore. Aiden you are to escort this girl and her drudge through a tour of the school later today and to her classes for this week. Now, take them to the infirmary." Constantine ordered knowing the child would comply to such an easy task, like he always did. He wasn't punishing the boy but rather than giving means to realize he needs to watch himself.
"....."The drudge looked at the boy with the platinum blonde hair with discontent but said nothing. He looked to his shivering master with worry. "You can walk right?" he asked her softly.
She nodded a little and stood up but you could tell she was having troubles because of her uncontrollable shaking. She had her arms crossed as she finally looked up to reveal her doll-like features, big almond shaped dark eyes, porcelain skin, a button nose, and tiny lips all had a place on her face. Her hands and fingers were also tiny along with her height. She muttering things in a different language as she shook which concluded that she was obviously foreign, thus her height and features.
"Please, take us to the nurse." the drudge asked of Aiden as he stood up, revealing his massive height compared to hers. In fact they looked nothing like despite coming from the same country. The drudge didn't even look Koren but there was obviously a reason for that.

_Truth be told, Aiden had been trying to control his tempers, taking classes during the summer despite his parents wishes. Of course, there was no way anyone but the girl whom had entered with him could have known that. In fact, she had been the one to convince him to, however it wasn't directly so. Having someone to take care of, someone he didn't want to give more reason to hate him, was what made him realize he had to start calming down. In that very moment, he was doing one of his silly methods of slowly, silently breathing in and out of his nose. It wasn't helping, since he was longer angry, but it comforted him. He nodded to the drudge and his master, replying, "Yes, of course."
_As he led them to the school, the young lady made her way through, going through the awkwardness of looking for a seat in the crowded area. She made note of a group of girls giggling at her outfit and continued her way down the aisles. By the time Aiden had escorted the two out, opening the door then quietly shutting it behind them, the girl ran into Pierce again. There was an empty seat next to him which he immediatly filled by tossing his legs on. A bit shocked, the girl stood there for a few moments in hidden embaressment before moving on. She decided she would just take the newly open seats at the front, walking with dignity despite feeling maybe less than a quarter-crowd's worth of eyes on her.
_She had a tote bag that looked as if she had found it in a dumpster than washed it thoroughly, poorly resewn with a cover from another bag. The tote was cream while the cover was purple with artistic graffitii on it, and she sat with it on her lap. She took out a pink pen and red notebook with silver stars out, opening it to a fresh page. She heard more giggles behind her, and she lifted her head to stare intently ahead, determined not to let it get to her. She looked almost professional, like she absolutely did not belong to a group of first-years. Again, maturity wasn't a rare trait, but the young girl made it work effortlessly. Then, to make her uniqeness turn very strange very quick, she took an apple from her bag and placed it on her shoulder, where, surprisingly, it stayed.
_Meanwhile, out in the halls Aiden continued to lead the way to the nurse's office for the drudge and his master. He took the small walk as an oppurtunity to say, "I would like to apologize. They're right, I'm a hot head, and I need to control my temper. I was just upset that Cornelia was being stubborn and wouldn't let me show her where the ceremony was. She's wanted to go to school for so long, I want to make sure she's able to , but it's difficult to help her when she hates..." He shook his head and smiled nervously back at the girl. "That's no excuse for my behavior, and I'm starting to babble. I hope you'll be able to look at the school in a better light despite my first impression..." He was still blushing, it was as if the rosy color would stay glued to his cheeks for a while.

The girl shakily wiped the tears that stained her face before finally forcing a small. " uuun..," she shook her head, "na - gwaenchanh-a , naneun ihaehabnida. yeogi jeongmal ginjang dwae. naneun baempaieoga lo dulleossayeo geuligo ijjog-eun nae bongug ga an ...." The girl uttered something quietly in another language as she kept her head low to avoid eye contact with him.
"She says that its okay and that she understands. I am her drudge Aleksander and this is Eun Mi. We are native to Korea and have moved here to America just recently. She can speak little English so please bear with us." The drudge answered for her.
"Ah, yes, My name Eun mi. Yours?" She finally looks up and appears to be feeling better after walking for some time. "O-oh, Eu-...ah...I feel better much. We must go to nurse still?" She asks another question on top of the other.
"Yes, Eun mi I want to get your medicine while we are there. You two can speak amongst yourselves if your up to the challenge young man." The drudge chuckled lightly.
"Okay Alek, so this girl, she is troublesome yes? bad behavior....fathers in country not have liked." Eun mi struggled to converse with Aiden.

After some time the crowd finally became calm and the guests have taken their spots on the stage again. Rylan at the podium was starting to feel tired.
"Ah...well the rest of the story you really don't need to hear correct? Living in the woods for three years doesn't seem like you'd be interested in. The crowd groaned in protest but Rylan ignored them. "All you need to know is that Headmaster Liam found me malnourished and took me under his wing. Without Mr. Whensworth I wouldn't be hear talking to you people. I would probably be dust...I-it's just that...I owe these people so much and I hope that while you spend your time here you will come to love this school and its people just as much as I do. Suddenly a hand was raised in the crowd. "U-um, I don't think we are supposed to take questions but...yes?" he acknowledges the person.
"Does that mean that your like, the Headmaster's son?" a obnoxious voice asked from the third row. The question surprised Rylan and he turned red at the cheeks from embarrassment. "W-what else would he be to me?" Rylan answered and then there was a long pause. A sniffling broke the silence and Rlyan looked beside him to find Liam with tears in his eyes.
"Your such a good boy!!" He crys out hugging onto Rylan.
"Oi oi!! Don't cling to me in public!!" The crowd began to laugh as Rlyan tried to peel Liam away from him. "Constantine..help...meee!" Rylan hissed.
"Heheheheh I'm actually quit enjoying this..." Constantine smirked as he watched for his own amusement.
"Don't sit there and watch!" Rylan snaps.
"Heeey everybody, I think I'll rap this up Opening Ceremony for the Headmaster! Please gather whatever belongings you have and prepare to be dismissed. Row one and two please line up at either side of the stage and pick up your schedule and your school planner for today from our guest student speakers. Once that is done please head straight to the event listed next on your schedule. A map is provided for you on the back of your planner if you don't know where to go. Thank you for taking part in this Opening Ceremony and please do not forget to read your student conduct! Oh and if you wish to speak to either of us please wait behind to do so or find the time in between events. You will find us in the Office for the majority of the day. Bye bye!! Bye! Byeee! bye bye!" She waved to those who were leaving.
"Dammit Constantine!"
"Is that anyway to speak to your uncle?
"Since when were you my uncle!!! Constantiiiiiine!"

_"I'm Aiden," he replied with relief. Then his eyes softened worriedly, waving his hand a bit, "N-no, she's far from troublesome. She would be the perfect daughter... Honestly, it's only with me she behaves so poorly. I was the one who... changed her, but she doesn't see me as a father at all." He shrugged a bit, reaching out his hand for the nurse's door and allowing the two in.

_Cornelia placed her notebook and pen back in her bag, sighing disappointedly at her missed chance to enjoy the ceremony. She knew it was her own fault, for heading straight into the building instead of going around to the front like Aiden had said. As she stood up, another student bumped into her, making her skip a few feet before regaining her balance. The apple on her shoulder stayed put, and the student asked her, "What the heck is up with that apple?" making her heart skip a beat before he finished. "You gonna give it to a teacher or something, ya pet?" Turning her head then her body to face the boy she stated quickly and sternly.
_"I will not tolerate such idiotic comments on the first day at this school. If you're going to pick on someone the entire year, you better find a better way to occupy your time because it's not going to be me nor anyone in this school," she folded her arms, caring very little that she was holding up the line to talk to the boy.
_"So what if I am? What're you going to do to stop me?" A few students leaned to get a closer look, a couple even hovered lightly to look over those in front of them. The boy was taller than Cornelia, but she stood her ground and stared casually back up at him. "What business is it yours?"
_"I'm going to recommend you find some friends instead; we're all new and nervous about coming here. There's no reason to feel isolated so quickly," she smiled. She took out her notebook and pen, again, wishing she had kept it out. "Look, here's my number. I'm not really the friend-type, but if you ever need help with homework or just need someone to talk to, you go ahead and call my cell." She signed her name under the number, placed the pen behind her ear, ripped out the paper and handed it to the boy. A few students gave "ohs" to mock what they thought was a romantic scene, stopping once Cornelia glanced at them. Adjusting her gold bow, she turned on her heels and continued the line to where they could recieve their schedules and planners. When she was given hers, she looked thoroughly content, loving that she had something to further organize with.

"ooooh!!!" Eun mi replied swiftly, "ihae ! allegsandeo neun gakkeum tongje hagiga eolyeob ibnida! nan geunyang jasin-ihaneun il-eun mollayo ! naneun hangsang geuleul dolbwa setag-eul hal geuleul meog-i , simjieo geu-il-eul hadolog gang-yo issseubnida! geuneun nal ihue hwag-in i soyo doeeo issjiman, jeongseojeog jiwongwa jilbyeong e gwanhan gyeong-ueman geu ibnida! Even if she did Aiden wouldn't have been able to understand her.
"ibwa, dangsin-eun geuleul mal hal pil-yoga eobs-seubnida ! dangsin-eun setag eul ! do dangsin-i geuleohge hal pil-yoga sijaghagi jeon-e nyeon dong-an il-eul hal su bakk-e !!!dangsin-ui sangcheoleul chiyu hago, meog-ileul haessda modeun sigan-eul gieoghala!!!!" Alecsander remarked something to her which made her smack him upside the head. "Hey what was that for!?" he hissed.
" Thats what said! Only illness! You being Difficult! geunyang nae yag-eul gajyeowa!!" She pointed to the counter with a nurse nervously standing behind. She sighed frowning. "Insensitive....."she muttered with her frown. "Ah I am Eun mi." She says again to Aiden for herself. "That is Difficult!" She pointed to her drudge.
"yeah yeah..." The drudge waved it off.
"Tell me, what is next?" She asks aiden.

_Stifling his chuckles, Aiden replied, "Pfft... Well, we need to head to the gym for registration. It'll be along the way back where we came from. We should be able to avoid traffic, if people are going where they're suppose to." After Eun Mi had a chance to get her medicine, he opened the door for the two again then backtracked. In a few minutes, they reached a large crowd coming from the front entrance and entering the gym. In a third hallway, seemingly empty at first, emerged Cornelia and a few others, including the boy she gave her phone number to earlier. She was holding the planner at a casual arms length as they headed for the others.
_"See? Way better idea to take the less direct route. We can just squeeze in and go a..." she spotted Aiden, Eun Mi, and Alek. "...head..." Aiden waved timidly at her and, after hesitance, she waved back to him and even stood relatively close to him. He grinned down at her, looking at the kids behind her.
_"Made friends?" he asked brotherly. She glanced back at them, chatting amongst themselves and she replied informatively, "No." His smiled quickly vanished as they found their way into the gym without becoming overwhelmed with all the other vampires. It quickly grew noisy, as a small crowd would. Once they were able to hear one another again, Aiden stated, "Cornelia? This is Eun Mi and Alecksander."
_"Hello," she replied politely. She glanced behind herself again to see the others had already left her. She wondered if any of them would call her eventually, but she doubted it unless they needed homework help. She wasn't about to let Aiden confirm his belief that she was afraid of not being able to make friends. He was right, but she didn't want him to know that. A finger in front of her face broke her line of thinking.
_"Cornelia, I told you not to bring him," Aiden was pointing at the apple on her shoulder. The little girl's eyebrows showed the faintest signs of the stress of a small child and her companion.
_"Your exact words were, 'Corny, I advise you don't bring your little Apple-friend to school,'" she replied. She looked him squarely in the eyes, letting him know she spoke the truth with her next words. "I considered your advise and decided I simply cannot leave him home."
_"Well, what if someone just snatches him from your shoulder?" Aiden asked worriedly. He knew the apple meant a lot to her, for whatever reason was anyone else's guess. "What if someone eats-?" Cornelia's eyebrow rose sharply, daring him to finish that sentence and effectively making him pause. "Uh..." He repeated his arguement in a loud whisper, "What if someone takes him?!"
_"No one will take him," Cornelia shook her head then mumbled something only Aiden could hear.
_"... that's also what I'm worried about," he sighed, stuffing his hands into his pockets.
_Cornelia leaned forward so she could talk to Eun Mi and Aleck past Aiden, "I'm sorry we're bickering in front of you two already. Individually, we're not really like this. Well, Aiden's not at least, I can't really judge of how well I get along with others." She then asked sincerely, "How are you? Feeling better, I presume?"

Eun mi stared a long time at this so called "Cornelia" standing infront of her, intrigued by her beautiful brightly colored hair. "P-pretty...."Eun mi mutters as she lifts her hands to touch it with out asking, but hesitates and quickly withdraws her hand.
"T-that's rude Eun mi....wait....you've never said my hair was pretty when we first met." Her drudge complained.
"Eh?" Eun mi blinks snapping back into reality and looks up at her drudge, "hajiman geunyeoui meoli neun huinsaeg ibnida!" she tells her drudge who makes a face but does not further instigate the topic. Eun mi looks at Cornelia again realizing her rudeness. "Ah! S-sorry!" she squeeks her face flushing, "Y-yes, Aiden helped with getting better. You are trow..... trow-...er... trowlbell...sum daughter? But so small" Eun mi mentions struggling with her English.
"Geunyeoege jeonhwaleul haji anhneun...." Alec stutters as he scolds Eun mi.
"Shoosh difficult!" Eun mi tries her hand at scolding back, "geu banghaehaeseo sillye janh-a!!!"
"jeoleul chaegmang haji ma! dangsin bohoja eobsneun gos-eseodaleun bangbeob iya!" He argues in return. It appears that argueing infront of others was something they didnt mind as well nor minded of others.

_"... my hair's pretty?" Cornelia asked herself, holding a strand of it as if it were a dirty worm. She thought maybe it reminded Eun Mi of a grandmother or someone else in the same general age group. She listened to the two argued in the foreign language then showed no change when she was reffered to, what she made out as a "troublesome daughter." She slowly turned to Aiden, her bright green eyes flashing at him without truly showing her anger and annoyance. "You told them I'm your daughter?"
_"No... no!" Aiden insisted. "I said you were like a daughter. I told her you're my... Changling."
_"Yes, I suppose I belong to you since you already decided my fate so long ago," she sighed with mocking acceptance. "Whatever my opinion is clearly doesn't matter to you since day one. I mean look where I am right now."
_"In school!" he held his hands up, hoping for some slack from her. They shook as he pointed out, "You picked this school; you said you loved it!" He could feel his eyes and nose growing warm, so he took a deep breath and fixed his hair. He folded his hands onto his chest and stated softly, "What are you saying?"
_"Nothing," she replied coldly. "Obviously its nothing of importance to you. You're so blind, or maybe I'm just stupid for thinking you'd understand. Maybe I'm expecting too much, maybe no one can make sense of my gab. I can't communicate properly!" She seemed so unnerved, yet Aiden had a strong suspecioun she was stressing out or at least unhappy. He decided to try and start to clear up the muck, which would most likely take a few days.
_"... what does gab mean?"
_Cornelia struck her own forehead so swiftly that it's impact created an echo despite the noise produced by the other students. Pulling her hand away, Aiden placed his free hand over her forehead and rubbed it in a small panic. The two struggled for a moment before Aiden understood Cornelia didn't want him smothering her. She fixed her sleeves, looking over at Eun Mi and her drudge to see how their own quarrel was going. Without taking her eyes off them, she told Aiden, "I would intervene if I knew what they were saying."
_"As long as it doesn't get physical," he chuckled nervously.

After a long argument the drudge and the vampire began to finally settle down, at the end both of them just looked overwhelmingly tired.
"We concluded we were only acting like this because we are tired. Normally we don't argue."Alek explains to the others, "we're just not adjusting well to the time change and Eun mi hasn't slept in a week......wait....you'd think I'd hit Eun mi in rage? I may get angry but I would never! I'd die before I'd ever lay a hand on my master like that, I'd die before I would let ANYONE lay a hand on Eun mi in such a manner." Alek was shaking as his face became twisted in anger at the thought. Eun smacked him on the back of the head for the second time infront of Aiden, first infront of Cornelia.
"Stop it...Alek leul heungbun haji anhneun." Eun mi smiled softly and patted her drudge's back. "yeesh, this guy." Eun mi forced a smile at Cornelia and Aiden, one much different than the one she gave Alek. "It is...nice to meet you." She tells Cornelia. "C-cor- ah name is long. How Corny.....?" Eun mi frowned ashamed to have to call Cornelia by such a nickname.

_"I was only joking..." Aiden grinned, holding up his hands in surrender. He then stuffed them in his pockets and allowed Cornelia to speak, "I don't mind if you call me Corny. I've been called Nelly at times, if you'd prefer, maybe?" She turned her head sharply as the line began to move forward again. As they followed along, Cornelia spotted Pierce leaving with a grand look of satisfaction. She could over hear him talking to himself, as he often did.
_"Heh heh, told 'em I'd put a distance between us." She felt a nudge to her side, looking up at Aiden for confirmation it was him. He closed one eye and warned her, "Stop your eavesdropping."
_"He should keep his thoughts to himself," Cornelia replied. She then noticed she was next in line, standing right into front of one of the six tables they had set up in the gym. She evened her eyes to the girl's sitting at the table, stating a bit unknowingly, "Hello, I'm here to register...?" There was the slightest hint of uncertainty in her voice even Aiden could hear. He decided against saying anything since it had been established that Cornelia didn't want his help.

"....." it was obvious why Cornelia spoke in such a manner, any one would question their current location at the sight of a little girl working as a registration lady.
