Can you please tell me what resolution you stream at? Does this happen in all resolutions.

I would check to make sure that the drivers for your graphics card are up to date.
Shut down any unnecessary programs when you watch videos on our site.
Right click on the Flash Player and make sure Hardware Acceleration is enabled and that you have updated Local Storage to Unlimited.

Please let me know if these help at all.

I don't really think it's the Flash Player problem. I think it's more like the speed of your internet. mine is really fast and I still have this problem that on certain shows it freeze. My internet has a download speed of 134mb/s and upload speed 50mb/s and the buffering is still slow. I have every graphic drivers up-to-date. I don't really have any unnecessary background programs. All I have right now is Antivirus and malwarebytes. That's the only thing I have in the background.

You can find further information about two of the methods here:

http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=payments

(Snail Mail and CR Bucks)

Purchasing a subscription for yourself as a gift does involve having a second account.

I'm having this problem also. Running a virgin media fibre optic 50 MB line. Graphics card drivers are up to date. The jittery video quality is effecting 480 - 720 - 1080 from what i;ve seen. I've tried checking on older video's like durarara and earlier episodes of SaO and it does not appear to have any stuttering issues. Might be an issue with later episodes?

I'm facing the same problem. I'm sure the problem it's not with me or anything. One month ago, everything would run just fine...
Man, that sucks...

I also have the freezing issue, however it usually fixes itself after a quick refresh... (I can usually get about 5-6 videos in before having to refresh.) However the stopping is really random, and doesn't really have a set time. I also tried this on an older version of Firefox, and the skipping seemed to have disappeared so I'm not sure if it has something to do with an update to chrome, and FF or if they're more stable with older versions. However on the plus side it doesn't really bother me all that much.

Quick Edit: I've also had the video freezing problem other websites, so I'm assuming it has something to do with the flash player. (Not on youtube though.)

I'm also having this issue. I've sent my info to support as requested.

Seems to happen mostly in the evenings for me. It started happening a lot around august/september - could the PS3 rollout have changed something?

Same here, Mines been really bad.
Tried all the help options for video playback, and sent message with data in.
It doesn't always break an episode, but when it happens at a critical moment it's frustrating as hell. Especially since SAO's 1st ep ran flawlessly for me at 1080p but 420p on ep 9 crashes and burns.

EDIT :
"The video just stops in the middle of playing & does not restart. This again is a connection issue. Refreshing the page or skipping back a few seconds will restart the video." <--- if this worked Id be fine and dandy, but unfortunately if this works 1/5 times I'm lucky
