After having enough of staring up at the sky he turned and jumped down.'Ah that was a good bit of fresh air. I should get the paperwork done.'Pats his chin thinking.'.....Nah!!!'Waves his hand in a dismissing manner.'I'll do it later.'Nods and sets off after grabbing a small bag whistling thinking he would get some ramen to eat.

*After a couple of minutes he finished the last few touches to the camera then linked it up to his monitor and flew it out of his office to go record something*

...So far so good...this could help with training if used correctly...

Hitomi: Likewise. Oh also if you need somewhere to stay while the Captain is away your welcome in the third squad.
Hitomi points to an open area of the training ground in which no one is in.
Hitomi: Feel free to join in my training session if you want, I'll just be overe there.
With a breif nod Hitomi headed over to that area, the shinigami that were there quickly heading away from Hitomi as she came to that area.

Hitomi: Right then.
She knew it would have to be basic training today otherwise she could hurt someone, a wodden dummy already set up Hitomi quickly decided to work on Haduka first, rushing forward using half of her full speed she began a flurry of punches and kicks, pushing off the dummy itself Hitomi launched herself into the air coming down towards the target to deliver a powerful side kick, landing the kick the dummy springs backwords and so does Hitomi jumping off the dummy and landing on her right hand. Spinning on her hand Hitomi does a spinning backflip before landing near the dummy once more. While rushing forward once more Hitomi hears a strong cackaling voice almost like her own....but not quite..Hitomi shook her head.
Hitomi: Get out of my head...
She spoke weakly, falling to her knees in pain as black and white reaitsu started to flow out of her but only very small ammounts with the white spiritual pressure onlinling the black.
???: In time....
Hitomi hears a loud quite mad sounding cackle, the pain slowly disappearing, getting up she shakes her head once more...Hitomi had a good idea at who or what that was...but...she had always manage to keep it hidden when she trained until now, now she had to go see the Captain of Squad 12 for more than just reaitsu control. Sighing Hitomi blinked a few times before pointing her finger towards the dummy and speaking coldly.
Hitomi: Hado #4 Byakurai.
The white lightning shot from Hitomi's finger, casuing an explosion and destroying the dummy as she then left the training grounds quickly heading towards Squad 12 to sort this out....somehow.
