Of course I'd make it so they don't harm me, and what do you mean both? And I'd eradicate them if the risk became too great. Besides, this will only be early on, later if the epidemic spreads I won't still being doing it. Also, just a thought but all the zombie apocalypses/outbreaks we on TV, video games, movies, etc. may not be how it'll go down. Maybe the zombies will be something totally different from what we have imagined thus far. There's no way to prepare for that.
