what are your tools and are you free handing it? cleaning and gutting takes 15 min.

a simple jacolantern takes 15 to 30 min depending on yours tools.

a heated pipe and a little elbow grease takes 3 minutes.

but an anime design if you planned it out, printed out and traced on, should take you no more than 3 hours if your not side tracked by somehting else.
unless your the type of person that picks at the smallest of details
