What is a girl?

Girls (or women) are one half of a dichotomy of classes of people that was instantiated due to the physiological, anatomical, and psychological differences that occur regularly on average between males and females. Boys (or men) are the other half of the dichotomy. Cultural standards emerged for both classes of people as history took its course, which can vary by geographic region. There isn't much else to it unless you want to review those standards and try to analyze why they arose.

Beyond that I don't really think there is any difference between boys and girls.
