Android - Preparing show for your device
|
G'day staff, how are ya?
Straight to the question; I'm using the Android Crunchyroll app and I was just wondering how long it takes for episodes to be "prepared" for the device? Cheers. |

Wondering the same thing, it used to be fairly quick, or at least it seemed that way but several hours after an episode is released I'm still waiting.
Edit: Make that over a day later for SAO, 18+ hours on HxH, and 6 on Total Eclipse. |

Cheers. A recent announcement by CR (I think it was BazouKazuma) said that all platforms should get simulcast releases the same time the website does. Before, there would be a 2-7 hour delay. If there is an episode you are trying to watch that is available on the website, but is not available on another device like Android, then you should use the "Contact Us" link found on the bottom of every page to report the problem. This will be the fastest way to get an episode fixed. http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact Be sure to let them know exactly what episodes and on what device they are not working on. |

I just checked on my Android phone and the newest episodes of SAO, HxH, and Total Eclipse work for me. That's odd because I just checked the latest SAO episode. Episode 16, and it still shows me that message. |

I just reinstalled my Crunchyroll App and it loaded episode 16 of SAO so it seems to be fixed. Cheers for your help. |
