When you're under the age of 18 you can't get an abortion without parents consent, unless you go to court to get a special acceptance. Which might be difficult for a 14 year old to do if they don't have money and can't leave their place easily. A 14 year old shouldn't be having a kid, it's not the 1800s anymore.
