I don't think you would get very drunk. The speech on friendship or the flashback usually take up most of an episode.

flash back you would get pretty drunk. but its of the same sequence. they would show a part of the flash back, go back to present, get back to the flash back, and do that a few more times. unless you count each of the flash back seperately than yea you would be drunk.
friendship speeches are not that common anymore other than in flash backs.
the same can be said with rasengan.
