Well...I am trans (tranny is a bit of a slur to be honest), but that's beside the point I guess.
A year ago I would've said I'd do anything. I was with someone for 3.5 years, and things seemed to be going pretty well. We split up for a while, though, due to gender issues on my part and some of her own problems. We're back together now but things just aren't the same.
In the end, after that experience, I realize love can change quite a bit over time, and I probably wouldn't make any insanely drastic or harmful personal sacrifices for it. I'd treat them nicely, and try to make them happy within my ability, though.
