Like I accidentally watched half a show while not logged in and now I've seen episodes 1-6 but my queue has me at episode 1 (I have like 4 shows where this is the case tbh) so it would be convenient if I could set it ahead - is that possible?

You have to play the last few minutes of the episode prior to the one you want to start playing. We have sent along a request to our development team to allow users to set what episode they want to be on.
