I'm not gonna deny that he can sing, and maybe he is talented to a certain extent. However, his popularity really has nothing to do with his talent and all to do with marketing and finding ways to make young girls go weak at the knees. It's a money making strategy and not one that produces particularly good music.
That said, as much as i did laugh when I heard about the whole stage puking incident, I couldn't help but have respect for him when he carried on and finished the show.
Do i hate Bieber? it's hard to say. When a song of his comes on, i'll turn it off, but i won't rabidly go out of my way to shoot down people who like him for example... that said I reserve the right to judge your music choice badly if you are a fan, but if i keep it to myself who cares?

I don't hate him, never listened to him...society likes him and it's okay I think..people are jealous of him because he's successful right now...I bet some people were jealous of the Beatles back in the days too...(comparing in term of popularity, not quality of music)

I don't know why I would hate on someone who's music I don't listen to or a person I don't care about. I just get annoyed with him, never hated him. I don't know him personally so there is no point to hating him.

Oooooh, where do I START?!
The simplest way to describe the reason of my intense hatred towards this creep is because he isn't a musician. Nowadays, people who studied their asses off to become a musician are ignored most of the time, but a lucky twerp like this a-hole, whose voice is autotuned ad nauseam is brainwashing teenagers around the world to make them like plastic pop music, with the same amount of content as a Barbie doll head's inner space.
He's a puppet of the music industry that wants to sho how "anyone can be famous", but that's not how it should be. Call ne snobbish, but people, being a musician, be it a singer, instrument player, or a musicologist requires YEARS of practice, and the easy way out is proof of how mediocre everything has become just for a few more dollars. And as a musician (professional one, might I add), it sickens me to even think that people believe him to be the face of a much-destroyed art.

I totally agree with you.. If you don't like him, then don't listen to him. Simple. Nobody is forcing you to,

I dont like his music or him really.. but I dont get how you people can make hate groups and pages and photos for him when you dont even know him, I think thats really dumb and you need to find better things to do then photoshop pictures of him with makeup on.
