Zombie Powder. I know, really old manga but I believe it deserves an anime and the best part is once it got up to the manga's end, they could continue in any direction they like or ask Kubo where he originally intended to go with the story.

Cloverfield.
I'm referring to the web manga that was a separate story about another attack while New York was being destroyed.
I could see that being added as an extra/mini movie with the eventual sequel to cloverfield.
Again, highly unlikely but if they did make it, I'd buy in a heart beat.
