It resizes the image to the top left corner. So it ends up being a small box of image and everything else black on fullscreen.

Now I have the option to play it on separate screen, but for some reason it is jittery and not playing it correctly.

Right click the Flash Player and toggle 'Disable Subtitle Smoothing'.
This will let it go Full Screen.
