I for one can't watch a certain episode of any anime without watching the show from the start...
mine is some certain gintama episodes with too many funny moments.
or some very interesting fillers.

Kuroko no Basuke especially. Production I. G. did such a good job with that show.
Other shows, like Kokoro Connect and SAO, I rewatch certain scenes.
But yeah, I rewatch certain episodes. Who doesn't?

Oh yeah! I forgot about Nichibros! I stiill haven't seen all the episodes yet.
Still, I cheated and watched all of the Literature Girl scenes. I still rewatch those.

I've rewatched a few episodes of Fairy Tail, just because of how much I love some of the fights in that show. Also, if it counts, I've watched and rewatched every DBZ episode at least 10 times

Dragon Ball z, final fight between vegeta and goku. The dialogue really completes the characters, and the fight is amazing.

I do usually any big fight scene or moment of importance I find myself watching more than once. DBZ especially Super Saiyan episodes are must rewatch, the different progressions and the awesome videos that go along with the transformations are sweet.

I've completely rewatched Welcome to the NHK, Angel Beats, and the Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya multiple times. I occassionally rewatch single episodes though. Kirito vs The Gleameyes more recently comes to mind as well as episode 124 of Fairy Tail.
