this is a stupid question its like asking are you a pervert if you watch films or use the internet. Using the internet or watching films doesn't necessarily make you a pervert it just depends on what films you watch and the sites you visit. While a large majority of anime could be considered perverted due to the fan service etc, this is mainly down to the demographic it is trying to please, mainly teenagers/ young men. Yet the are also a large number of other shows out there which in no way could be considered perverted and these are just apealing to a different demographic , in the same way that there is a large section of the internet that isn't perverted.
