Not sure what numbers you were looking at, but for the anime subscription the prices are:
  1. Monthly at $6.95 a month
  2. Quarterly at $19.95 per 3 months or $6.65 a month
  3. Yearly at $59.95 per year or ~ $5 a month
I am sure the prices are similarly priced for the other subscriptions as well.
