I am just developing my art ability. I just recently got back into it. Stopped when a teacher told me to stick to stick figures, wouldnt hurt her eyes as much. lmao

Yes, but I rarely end up seeing it through and finishing. I use to have a drawer full of unfinished drawings and paintings that I ended up throwing away. Just don't have much time, or inspiration.

What a douche of a teacher. Teachers are supposed to encourage kids and young adults to use their talents and build on them. Same thing happen to me but I kept drawing secretly from my teachers and family when I was in elementary.

If I could I would give form to this manga I have been imagining in my head, this idea for a manga has been torturing me for over 6 years now, however my lack of artistic ability saddens me.

I probably should have done that, I wanted to do that. But instead I turned to video games and writing. I still write but not so much into video games anymore, so thought I would pick up something that I had lost long ago. (and maybe illustrate the images for my own books. lol) But I am sorta somewhat relieved that I am not the only one that happened to.

Yes, I do currently...
I have only been seriously trying to draw for the past four months.
Here is evidence of some of my drawings...
I want to do something like comics in the future or digital arts (video game design or animation)
Right now I am working on two projects...
One is something along a full sized painting/drawing of what I think is a cool theme
The other is a short manga series that I think also has a rather deep theme. |
