1: Figure out a way to extend my life by another day or a hundred.
2: If that fails, quickly put everything I can think of related to my comic down on paper and pick a successor or two to complete it.
3: Organize an impromptu "last day on Earth" party with what friends can make it, sparing no expense (after all, those overdraft fees won't matter if I'm dead, right?), maybe get laid (although that's not strictly necessary).
4: Curse my misfortune when it turns out that I survived, and I owe the bank a ton of money. Still, if I can figure out how to pay all of that off, the rest would have been worth it.
