Cancelling automatic membership renewal without discarding paid membership time

The only option available to premium members through the Crunchyroll interface is 'Cancel Membership' in our profile settings, without any further description on that page. With a bit of browsing I found that using this option discards the membership time we've paid for, and in order to cancel billing while retaining purchased time, we have to contact customer support directly. A bit misleading, isn't it?

Yeah contact Bjkaer. He'll fix it as fast as he can. And yes I fully agree with your decision. This engine needs to be reprogrammed....

Sadly, this is true, but it only applies if you have less than 30 days remaining. If you purchased a 3 month or 12 month membership and have more than 30 days remaining, you can cancel auto renewal without canceling your membership and losing your remaining days.

This is a common complaint and Bjaker has heard our cries. He also does not like how the billing system currently works and is working "behind the scenes" to try and figure out a better alternative that CR can implement.

I have also noticed starry lending out her support as well, so Bjaker may not be the only one working for CR who is working towards getting the system changed.

CR has our back and wants the customers to be happy.

I thought you can just cancel the autobill in the premium account settings.
