30 day trial membership

Hi, I have some questions about the trial membership:
I was offered with 30 day trial membership expiring on nov. 6th, but when i click the link, it says im applying for th 14 day trial. Does this matter? It also states that if I want to cancle, I must do so in two weeks I use the trial. So, If I have the 30 day trial, does this mean I must cancle within the two weeks if I want to do so? Or could I still cancle after within month? I sent an inquiry to the support team, but it stated that they may reply the next business day, and it is sort of urgent for me Sorry if there is another post like this, but I'm fairly new with the forum system and I felt really lazy to look for them Thanks in advance |

However, you may get lucky and have one of the CS reps reply to this thread on the weekends. (They still help even when they are off the clock). They should be able to help you with your free trial problem. You aren't the first to have the issue of being offered the 30 day trial but only being able to sign up for a 14 day trial. Just to see if maybe I can offer some help, did you get the 30 day trial through am email or through some other means (like the PS3 app)? |

Drat, was hoping you were gonna say you were signing up through the PS3. I can't help with the email, sorry
Do you happen to have a PS3? If you do, you can signup through the PS3 app and get the 30 day trial that way. |

We are open on weekends now. ^_^ Arigatou! :) I see you're on a guestpass at the moment. The 30 day trial defaulting to 14 days happens when you try to sign up on an iOS or Android device. Sign up on your computer and you'll be fine. |

Thank you! But, my guest pass expires AFTER the trial offer expires. So, is there a way to unsubscribe to the guest pass? |
