I also agree with the mentions of Ano Natsu de Matteru, though nobody's mentioned its predecessors: Onegai Teacher and Onegai Twins. It's not just by the same creator, it's officially the third in the Onegai series.
Side note: I wasn't fond of Rumbling Hearts, though. While I found its portrayal of PTSD accurate...I felt the drama was very forced, and the characters less able to develop because of external guilt thrust upon them. Because the characters didn't communicate, much of the drama that could have been avoided happened anyway. There was enough drama because of the unavoidable circumstances. The piled on guilt and constant omissions in communication just made it worse. I ended up hating almost all the characters because of it. It seemed like a story based on, "how many characters can we mentally break?" rather than a romance. |

In all fairness, sarcasm isn't always easy to detect in plain text. Taking into account Poe's Law, of course. |

I enjoyed Mysterious Girlfriend X. Unlike most romance animes where the characters take multiple seasons to profess their love (Kimi ni Todoke - From Me To You, I'm looking in your direction), Urabe and Tsubaki know from the start that they're gonna end up with each other. I like how Urabe doesn't allow Tsubaki to take any aspect of their relationship for granted.

I like Mysterious Girlfriend X, Ano Natsu de Matteru, and Hanasaku Iroha. Shows like Say I Love You, Kimi ni Todoke, and My Little Monster seem a bit to cliche for me to call interesting, that not to say they're bad though; quite the opposite. It could also just be cause they all got add to CR so close together and the basic premise is pretty much the same.
