I just recently picked up Gintama and love it. I had waited a while because of the massive amount of episodes it had to catch up on (nothing like the 600+ that One Piece or Detective Conan have,but still) It's kinda funny because I just got to this episode and stopped as soon as I saw that image :-) I love the show and Sket Dance actually got me into it due to the cross over episode they had. I watched both of the cross over episodes.
