Barack Obama Second Term

I think crunchyroll is the last place to talk about politics.

Anyway, you people are completely depressing. I'm surely glad we don't have people like you running anything important, otherwise nothing would get done. I've never see so many down-trotting people in one place, well, besides my college calculus class.

Obama hasn't done a thing about Gun regulation and has said repeatedly he will not. gah... Sorry I replayed to a typo filled post like this.

But, seriously, as someone who actually like economics, you know, the scientific study of the economy, neither side is much different, and neither side proposed real change because the sheeple public couldn't handle it.

Actually the extended discussion would be a slightly better place to talk about politics.

Even if Romney was vote president, nothing was going to change. All the crap happen in Congress. In a split Congress with both side not budging from where they stand; nothing is going to happen. Want thing to change? Go pester you representative and force him to make the choice you desire.

I applaud you, good sir. You are one of few people I have seen to understand this idea.

Not that unique of an idea. Doesn't take an intellectual mastermind to look at the past two years, look at the future of the Senate and the House, and say "oh f--k, we're screwed either way."

Anyway, as somebody involved in foreign affairs, I'm glad at least the candidate who had more abroad popularity won, even if I don't agree with anything American politics. It's high time the entire WEST paid the blood price for our collective interest... not just us.

welcome to the fbi watchlist.

Thanks for the warm welcome! But it's actually not an entirely far-fetched opinion for us military types. Some of us believe in having friends.

Please. I'm defending this broken system. I've done my homework. Not sure where you got that idea. There's also growing executive privilege that a lot of people like to ignore.

haha, the MLA joke made me forgive you (I think I have a writing format handbook around here somewhere)... Honestly, Obama kept his gun promise for 4 years so far, so I'm not worried. Don't get me wrong, I love my shotgun and I have gone hunting, but when a democrat is elected president I feel it is just an excuse for gun makers to gouge customers.

Again there are people who do not see what is going on but will vote for someone who has not done anything the past four years for anyone except for himself. He said these last four years is what got us into the mess we have...really who has been in office the past four years, who had a democratic everything for the first two years and did nothing about it...I could go on and on but people will say that I am far right or that I am hating on a black president. Honestly do not give a rats ass who he is, if he is not going to do his job and by the way he said that if he did not meet certain goals then he would only be a one term president...he is lying then and is lying now...people do not understand this country will not get better with him in office. Brainwashed people who do not know change.

That's fine. The country wouldn't get better under Romney either.

So then we should just stay with the same bs for the last four years...we need a new person who can do better and Romney can and would do better. If all you have to say is either way nothing would change. Then read up on some facts then come back to me.

Romney would not do better. He'd push the poverty rate beyond sky high with his "legal rape" crap along with his allowing states to ban abortion. You want to reduce the country debt? It doesn't start by changing the laws on various beliefs.
My question for you... All I heard from Romney was "12 million jobs blah blah...." I'm pretty sure he was not the only person thinking of ways to create more jobs. If we could have more jobs by utilizing our own natural resources, why have we not done it before?

A very good question to ask, and I wonder why myself. This administration has not done what it needs to help job creation in this country. The tax rate for companies to do business here is higher than most places overseas. Our companies and those of other countries do not want to pay the enormous taxes placed by administration..and honestly most republicans and dems I think are to blame...neither one wants to help the other and act like children about and we end up getting screwed with the aftermath of it all. If Obama wanted to keep jobs here and not entice jobs to go overseas then make America a place that companies want to build and make a profit. I have worked as a corporate trainer and have seen what it takes to make a company work...as I do not feel that it is right how they go about it. That is how corporations work. First get the tax rate down so businesses and companies want to work here. That I think should be the first thing for job creation. Also we need people in office who are willing to not choke the energy industry to where we cannot produce the energy we need. Also yes I do like alternative energy sources but we need a new approach, instead of using all this money on the oil industry and gas which they do just fine, use it on these alternatives but be smart about it. Do not give them Billions then say have fun. Be hard on them and strict make checks and balances and make sure they are meeting our demand of technology needed if not...scrap them and find someone else who can do better. Open up pipelines to Canada and make things easier for us. So many things that could be done that I am not going to type up because it is long which I am sure you are aware of because if you bring this point up then you must have some thoughts on this matter to, maybe not the same as mine. But none the less you are concerned as well. My point that I was making to someone who thought he was a troll(fail miserably) is that Obama had so much time and did little for this country Obama care is a tax now, and will be put on every one of us as a tax. He said not a single dime of tax increase...I am sorry yes the 1% is wealthy..but seriously if the 1% had the money to fix the economy dont you think this wouldve been over already...dont you think that the 1% wouldve bailed us out..instead we are bailing them out and now he wants to put more taxes on them...please people think about this clearly. I typed to much I am getting off my soapbox now. I am not try to offend anyone with this banter.

Mines called "A Pocket Style Manual"... I guess we just can't be friends

Personally, I'm more worried about pocket knife laws, but I think that is more of a state thing... Though one bill that almost got past was vaguely worded to the point that assisted knives and 1 hand opening knives could have been prevented from being imported if the government so felt. I really didn't pay much attention, but some of the EDCers were worried it.

Edit: The NRA does such a good job of freaking out over every gun law that even most democrats don't care to go there now.
