I was wonder if its really worth my money. I had a psp 2000 back in the day and i have to say i love it very much! The games were fun as well as all the things it could do.

So here my question/request: Is the Psp Vita worth it? If so what games do you suggest? Tell me why you like it!

Hope to hear some good responses and good feed back as to why or why not I should get it. Anyhow thanks for the help!

(if i do get it ill be sure to give whoever convinced me a guest pass) Its not a lot i know sorry!

Is the Vita worth $250? For me, it was worth it. What wasn't worth the money is the memory cards(luckily I got mines free).

The Vita has some great games on it and beautiful graphics. I would recommend Blazblue(Fighting) and Zero Escape(Puzzle/light Novel) as top two buy.

The Vita already has some soical apps such as Facebook and Twitter(Haven't tried them), also has Netflix and Youtube, and will probably get Crunchyroll later on(don't know when).

The Browser on the Vita is good for reading Manga and doing mini searches on google or downloading images or songs, not other than that, for me anyways.

The camera was not what I was expecting, most phones have better camera than Vita but its something at least, useful for Skype.

What really sucked about the Vita was the Content Manager, this allows you to back up your entire Vita(saves, games, music, photos etc) on to the computer or Ps3, but it requires Internet connection for the PC or Ps3. Without Internet you can still copy pictures or music from or to the PC but you can't do anything with the Ps3.

You can view your PSN friends via the Vita, you can message them, invite them to party chats, but when your on the Ps3 you can't see who's on the Vita. An update will probably fix this.

I read somewhere that the Vita is getting a price drop next year, don't know if you'll wait that long, but the Vita is a pretty awesome system. Best part: Listen to your own music while playing a game. Might have left some details out but ehh, you decide if you want the Vita, it's your money use it when you need it.

Well first off it is called PS vita not psp vita. I bought one a while ago and it is a pretty good handheld. i don't have a phone or an ipod so it is like having the social apps from a phone and music and anime/videos and games all in one system. It is a pretty pricey system though :/ it also gets alittle boring when all your friends have 3DS's and your the only one with a vita (but that could just be me).

The games are alright. i havent really found a game that is out yet that i freakin love. i bought LBP vita and MGS HD collection but they are alright. i am really looking forward to games like Phantasy Star Online 2, God Eater 2, DJ max Technika (i think thats what its called..), and maybe persona 4 golden.

The big downside is that i dont have anyone to play with so if anyone has or gets one, you can add me Danger_wildpants ;P

I just bought one on Saturday, and take my word, stay away from the AC Liberation bundle. The game itself was just no fun and felt pretty shallow. But if you're really in to games like kingdom hearts and monster hunter but don't like really complex crafting go for Ragnarok Odyssey. I've been playing the heck out of that game after beating AC Liberation and have been loving it.

This man knows a good game when he sees one. Gravity Rush was a day one purchase for me along with my Vita. A very fun open world game.
