cannot upgrade?

I tried to upgrade my membership to All-Access but got the error message:

"Cannot find an eligible upgrade product for your current membership."

This has to be some kind of error since my Anime membership(free 2 weeks) expired yesterday (or was suppose too.)
It's not on auto renewal, why is it not letting me upgrade?

Any input would be appreciated.

I notice you still have your star. Did you manage to get past the error? If not what does the screen say when you follow this plan comparison link: http://www.crunchyroll.com/premium_comparison?src=bottombar

It should indicate what kind of membership ur account is currently using. If you haven't you might try upgrading from that page.

It still says my Anime Membership is there but wants me to renew it. I tried to upgrade from that page, and got the same error.

Hmmm.... This might sound like a dumb question but do you get that banner error after trying to click the orange upgrade button, or just when you visit the page?

I get a similar banner warning/error whenever I visit the upgrade page but mine says something like: "You can't upgrade because you already have an All-Access membership." It then offers me gifting options.

After I click the upgrade button, I been wanting to upgrade for the last week, and still no luck D: It's really ticking me off. I thought at first it might be because I was on my trial, but, I am a day after my trial and still no luck. I don't know whats up with it.

Yeah when upgraded a few years back it worked flawlessly so its probably a bug.

Since you can't cancel and upgrade you'll have to resort to the contact link http://www.crunchyroll.com/help?topic=contact :-/ sorry, but they may get to you quickly b/c ur trying to upgrade.

The other self-help option would be to renew and then try some combonation of upgrading or canceling and upgrading. But really it would be faster to just contact CR and wait it out.

I sent you an all-access pass, that should get you thru the customer service turnaround. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.

I had another thought: Try adding CC info then try upgrading. That's all I got. (・_・)
