I'm on hiatus. I used to run X-C. Done minor strength training. Maybe I just don't care much at the moment.

I condition my dog with verbal commands and hand gestures.
I also condition my hair every time I take a shower.

Oh, THAT conditioning...

Depending on the day I work out different areas and run every day except for the day after I do legs.

My Rules of Life #5- Eat right... Excercize... Die tired.

Sums it up pretty well.

Conditioning would require less stress but more activity if that makes sense.

Long distance running, biking, swimming are all good. Repeated sprints will work out as well. Just make sure you rest as well. you don't gain endurance from being tired, you gain it from recovering from being tired

Yea... I started running again... Sigh... It hurts!!
But trying to get my mile run back down to a 6 min mile.
I only run on Tuesdays and Thursdays now.
The rest is just Lifting weights in the gym.

Push up's and Sit up's every night. It isn't what you would call a body builders workout but you still feel good.

i do alot of tennis excercises. core strengthening and all. but all the working out cause my body to become less flexible. so im currently into some dancing, or more like flexibility training than dancing. can't dance to begin with, but using move/techniques to regain flexibiltiy. i can finally reach parts of my backs that i wasn't able to. so progress is good.
