My schedule is the worst this month... I've been going to bed at 6-7 in the morning and wake up around 5pm

i work graveyard and i work from 10 till 4 some times 5 or 6 in the morining wehn im not im up till 5 or 6 in the morning and sleep till 1 or 3 im a night person that's when im most active

I'm extremely nocturnal.
Normally I will go to bed between 5-7am and wake up anywhere from 2-5pm.
Of course that changes when I have work and obligations. I've always been a night owl.

Oh man my internal clock is messed up bad. Some days I will sleep in late and other days I get like 3 hours of sleep at the most. It isn't good!
