Which anime series you think was a major mistake as it goes on to more seasons?

The Dark Signers arc was excellent, and once it was over the story was wrapped up. There was no reason for them to go on; however, they cut their spending by using a Korean animation studio for the proceeding seasons, and vomited up some new plot points just so they could milk it as much as possible.
