I've been wondering, what's everyone's favorite psychological anime? If you only have one favorite, pick that one, if you have 10 favorites, narrow it down to your top five choices. It's as simple as that. You can be as vague or as detailed as you want as to why they're your favorites . It's up to you.

Hard to pick, havent seen too many of them. Now that you mention it though, i think i would be nice to watch more. Maybe i will try out one of those on your list.

*-Paranoia Agent: My personal favorite of Kon Satoshi's production. Little Slugger was truly a memorable character.
-Welcome to the NHK: Might not have strong psychological scenes , but it doesn't take away from the amazing ride this anime holds.
-Neon Genesis Evangelion: A psychological mecha master piece.
*-Paprika: Just watch it a 2nd time recently only to be taken away again by its strong characters and plot.
*-Perfect Blue: Gave me nightmares, not even joking it was that crazy of a psychological ride.

-Jin-Roh: Very realistic animation style help sets the tone for the story that you'll never forget mix in with a spice of psychological madness.

* Kon Satoshi in my opinion is the psychological king of anime. His works will stick to you till the end of time. Wish life would grant him a second chance to finish Dream Machine. -- R.I.P.
