The Headmaster has his own separate, small building close to the music building. It is more like a house than a building or an office when looking from the outside.
The first floor is where the Headmaster works during the day; it includes his actual office, a waiting room and a trophy room for all the various awards Sage Academy has received. The office is open to anyone who has any problems he or she would like to discuss with the Headmaster. The second floor is where the Headmaster and his family at the Academy live. There is two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen and a small living room.
The hidden basement is where the Zodiac 13 calls its headquarters. There is a meeting room, a lounge and a training room.

Miyuki and Aaliyah got back to the school, and they went into the Headmaster's building. She looked into her father's office but he wasn't there. Maybe he went to get something to eat...

Miyuki sighed and did the same thing again, trapping her in a rock dome, this time so she couldn't see outside of the cage. She also placed a thin ring of water around the cage, Aaliyah could still breathe. She left her phone on the desk and went upstairs, grabbing her stuff then jumping out of her window.

Miyuki left the area. The Headmaster came back into the front door instead of teleporting in like he usually did. He looked at the earth dome in the middle of the hallway. Now what is this?
