I couldn't find a topic like this I looked so if its a dup I am sorry

So basically name anime you don't like but for some reason you continue to watch or you finished it mine are:

School Days- why!?!?! lol I liked the first 4 episodes I thought i was one of those typical harem anime I was soo wrong but I continued to watch just to see how it ended O.O

Rock Lee Spin Off Series- Yeah I really don't like it but each week I will watch the new episode and pray its the last one. I think the main reason I watch it is because its Naruto related....I guess lol

None. If I don't like a show why would I continue to watch it? That doesn't make sense.

Gurren Laggan, the show was great and all but each episode just doesn't have that appeal of making you want to watch more randomness~

Hmm well Im a adult and I wanted to stop watching Tokyo Mew Mew because it seems to be for 9 year olds but I couldn't stop lol.

Same here!!! I finished it just to watch Makoto get what he deserved.

Rumbling Hearts. While I found its portrayal of PTSD accurate, the drama felt so forced. This was in large part due to two reasons:

Some characters refused to communicate important information with each other, and wrong conclusions were often drawn. Compounding that, the people drawing said conclusions often didn't bother to ask the right people and dispel those conclusions... So much of the drama in the story was needless. While that sort of dynamic can work well in a romantic comedy, this isn't a comedy.

And the guilt. Oh, the guilt... This was the other reason the drama felt forced. I can understand why some of the characters acted as they did, under the circumstances. But I believe it's fair to say that the way external guilt was forced on certain characters was just beyond ridiculous. I grew to dislike almost every character because of it. In its defense, at least it got an emotional reaction from me. On the other hand, it might have been more sympathetic if the guilt factor wasn't so ridiculously overplayed.

So you can say it's shit.



I don't remember any randomness going on in Gurren Laggan, it had a wonderful plot.

I tend to forget those pretty easily, so the only thing I can remember is Total Eclipse. Every week I think, "why am I still watching this," but every week I hope it gets better. To be fair though, there have been a few genuinely enjoyable episodes. Other than that, I'll usually drop it before I really start disliking it.

Edit: Ah, yes -- School Days was easily the most frustrating thing I've needlessly put myself through.

This Ugly Yet Beautiful World. After every episode I told myself "it'll get better next episode", but it never did. It was just a crappy anime and I kinda regret watching the hole thing.

there are certain episodes/scenes/characters that get REALLY annoying but overall, i LOVED the show and the end is always worthwhile

School days I'm never gonna forget that show. It pissed me off so much I vomited but i decided to finish it

I didn't really enjoy Elfen Lied but I continued watching it because A) it was too short to leave unfinished and B ) to see what all the hype was about.

I watched all of Candy Boy even though I was pretty much bored of it after the 2nd episode because I wanted to see if they went anywhere interesting with the concept (spoilers, they didn't) and because it was really short as well.

Goshuushou-Sama Ninomiya-kun...i had to force myself to finish that one.

None, don't like after 2 of 3 episodes, then I drop it.
