I really hate Vocaloids (I have sensitive ears and their mechanized voices irk me), but to call software fake is kinda stupid. Vocaloids are mascots, so to say, and due to mass acceptation and idolizing, that turnes them into "something real" for the fans. But it makes no sense to make a mountain out of a molehill for something as trivial as this.

I'm definitely not a fan of the hologram aspect and I probably wouldn't pay to go see it unless someone I knew was going and that will never happen. The only Miku song I like is the World is Mine. I love the cosplay and all her merch though... she's is just too cute. I would be bored going to one of her shows but that is just me!

What i mean is the voice exists yes but she doesn't however using holograms you can see and maybe (i dunno) talk to her and have her respond.

Journalist always try to play with words to get more readers. The fact that they're writing it just now means that they have no idea about the fans. Let me ask you a few questions: Can you touch, this miku character? Does miku have a birth certificate? Sorry to disapoint all the fans but fake is fake :) PS, I don't hate the people behind the fake character at all, my buddies have showed me some songs and I love them... just hate the nolife fans that believe that miku is "REAL", which clearly you must be insane if you !@#$ing believe so and should seek help.

Songwriters can have total control as to how their songs are presented, and singers, with their beautiful voices, no matter what age, ailment (stage freight/shy, etc.), or image (not "beautiful" or "attractive") have a place for their voices to be heard. No more silenced voices! Maybe we'll finally get some good stuff besides the crap that passes itself as "music" these days.
