There are moments when you want time to speed up, and there are those times when you want to slow everything down.

Boredom - Super Fast
Intimate moment with significant other - Slow

So, therefore the observer is controlling or at least influencing time by the observer's action of observing time? The same applies to matter. That's called "the measurement problem". Matter is only a wave when not observed/sensed ergo immaterial like what the Buddhist say, but when it is observed, matter materializes as a illusory solid of mostly nothingness.

Boy howdy, someone thinks he understand physics...

First off, time dilation is NOT related to "the measurement problem." If nothing else, special relativity is deterministic while the measurement problem is a result of quantum mechanics being probabilistic. And special relativity is not a quantum phenomenon, so you can't really apply quantum mechanic principles either. I could go into much more detail about special relativity, but I'm pretty sure no one here wants to read an essay on physics over what is really a trivial question.

Also, while it's not nearly as important, bringing up that matter is mostly void is completely irrelevant. Yes, most matter is 99.9% void, but it's an electromagnetic phenomenon (namely, the normal force) that makes it so that we can stand on solids and light simply reflect and refract off solids (and liquids, for that matter, as well as gases that aren't colorless) to make it look like they are one uniform color even though it's mostly empty. So, it's true, but it's not relevant in the slightest.

Everything is held together by thoughts and emotion. I was just going on a rant. I was not really having a conversation with you.

The only time I want time to speed up is when I want and need to be with someone I love , and then once I am, I want time to slow down, so those moments may last an eternity.

Time is only one component of the vector that describes your motion through the universe.
That is the reason why your movement speed on the time axis gets slower when you increase your movement speed in the three dimensional space - meaning that your motion energy in total is constant, because your overall energy is constant.

So don't spend to much focus on time. There is more to care ...

I would want it to move at the same speed it is. If things went by too fast, we wouldn't be able to enjoy life. If it went to slow, then we wouldn't be reminded of how we have to make the time we've got count. We are given a limited amount of time in this world, and it's up to us whether or not we spend it wisely. Time is a companion, reminding us that we need to get the best out of each day.

Very, very slow...

So I can savor every moment.

Whether it is fast and slow, you eventually will be so used to it that you won't even notice. It will affect you like crazy, though, if only the passage of time slows/quickens but nothing else does. Like if your neurons fire at the same speed but time passes twice as slow. It would make your reactions twice as fast and you'd be a really quick thinker (assuming people around you aren't affected the same way as you).

Personally, I'd slow time.

Slower, so then I'd have more time to do nothing with my life.

Might as well go faster since err.. this world is changing fast.

For me it doesn't really exist, I do my own stuff and sleep/wake up pretty much any time I like !! Even college lmfao I go if I feel like it, time's just a major burden on everyone I think
