Android APP:
So I live in Spain and not only the catalogue falls ultra-short with no hope for popular shows to ever be here that now I can't even use my tablet to watch latest episodes of Naruto Shippuden which is about the online show I watch. Why? Because for some reason I can only watch 46 episodes. of the whole show and the last one seems ages away from the last broadcasted one.

PS3: Of course I have to forget about crunchyroll on the PS3...



Briefly:
* Make an option for english subtitle, I want to watch the latest episodesand yes I can read english!

* Is this why I am paying premium membership to supporta anime? Endless fillers and no shows.


It is not fair someone from Spain has to pay the same or more than someone in the Us who can watch pretty much the whole catalog.


PS: Feeling like stop supporting and going back to old method. It wasn't so upsetting back then.

So, thank you for sharing your concerns and issues, however can you please elaborate on what the problem is?
Your description does not help me infer what is actually wrong.

Are episodes 1-46 only showing up? Is it somewhere in the middle, is it the last 46?

Exactly -what- is the problem?


As far as the PS3 goes, I apologize that we've not yet rolled out outside of the US, however it is still on our road map.
With licensing, you have to remember that we've only been doing this for 4 years. Our numbers have increased every season as well.


We are working on adding the option to change subtitles within the app as well.

Please tell me what is wrong so I can assist.

Hello,

Although you seem pretty lost I appreciate that you answered. I didn't post it in the android thread because my complain was not only about the android app but about crunchyroll in general.

* Hardly no shows in Spain with stupid language filters which can mislead people to believe they can see less shows than they really can, which in Spain is discouraging already without filters... that on the main web page.

* And about the Android APP. The more I try to use it the less shows that you can see through the android application. In any case, please allow me to illustrate it with screenshots.

Android App. with my user logged in:


In this forced "vertical screen" I select "ANIME", which by the way is annoying to see that window with so few options vertically, forces you to switch the tablet orientation when you are really going to watch shows horizontally... (go figure..)



And voilá, the whole catalog I get to see in the Android app in Spain, not even Naruto shows up any more in the list:

I apologize that you have to share the device.
Right now language in the app is based on the language of the device.
SO, you can temporarily change it to English before you use the app and then change it back to have access to more shows.
