Cancellation Question (cancel renewal)

Is this option somewhere else? Seems like a poor business practice to not allow users to by default enjoy the rest of their paid for days of use.

The way it is currently set up, if you have more than 30 days remaining then you can cancel and it will not remove your time left. If you have 30 days or less then it will immediately stop your service. There are many people who wish it was different, and it is in the process of getting changed though it might take a while. In the mean time, you can send a message to support and they can turn of renewal for you.
