Nana Osaki of course! I just love how honestly she is developed. Very few female anime characters measure up to her level of depth.
Maho from Beck Mongolian Chop Squad doesn't measure up to Nana for me personally, but I thought she was really enjoyable as well. I've always got that Full Moon Sway stuck in my head.
