if you wish to do so.

I'm the type of person who never plays/read/watch anything twice.

But I would watch Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle over and over again. I believe those titles are the epitome of anime.

I wouldn't do that, because doing so, it would just ruin the experience of watching the Anime you love the most. I'll state this fact. Everything gets old, no arguing about that, the thing is how do you get the best experience out of it, well what I do is, I watch it once a year maybe twice, and then hold it back, until I get urges to watch it again, its the best way to watch something you love, even though its hard to do it, it will pay off in the end. If you just keep re-watching the Anime over- and over- and over, it'l get bad in your opinion at one point, its like listening to a song for too long, it always happens, try listening to your favorite song for about 1-2 hours straight, next time you hear your friends singing that song you will probably be like, ahh.. that song again..

But if there was a way to get the full experience watching an anime over and over I would definitely do it, but that's impossible, unless you were to erase some memories and good luck doing that :P

But if I were to choose it would be:

Angel Beats
SOA
Code Geass
My Bride is a Mermaid
To Love-Ru

Anything that's inspiring and immersible/easy to live vicariously through. Also comedies and visually stunning/good soundtrack...

so for me:

Great Teacher Onizuka
Nichijou
FLCL
Cromartie High
Keroro Gunso (it's really stupid/not funny but episodic and charming, so I like falling asleep to it)
Ouran High
Crayon Shin-chan

I would rewatch anything that really had me interested and loved from the beginning to the end. But I agree with one of the comments on top, when I rewatch something it's probably after a year or longer before I watch it again. Sometimes I would rewatch it because I forget some details and stuff.

Some animes I would rewatch:
Wolf's Rain
Gintama
Trigun
Cowboy Bepop
Akira(movie)
Itazura na Kiss
Death Note
Code Geass
Neon Genesis Evangelion
Majin Tantei Nougami Neuro
Tales of Vesperia: Third Strike (movie)
Tegen Toppa Gurren Laggan
Tiger and Bunny
Lovely Complex
Ouran High School Host Club
Zombie Loan
and finally Ghibli's studio movies ^^

I'll watch several mecha anime over and over. The obvious example would be Mobile Suit Gundam series (especially Gundam 00 and Endless Waltz) but some others include Gurren Lagann and Full Metal Panic.

If I own it, I'm going to watch it multiple times, and that goes for all the anime I bought. I have a large anime collection, and it's only growing. I figure that if I'm paying for it, I might as well get my money's worth. That said, I'd watched a number of the series I own legally online, and bought the DVDs to support the industry. If I were the type of person who could only watch a particular series/movie once, I'd just stick to streaming and rentals, and never maintain such a large DVD collection.
