So many of them needs a stronger voice. edit: VVV I would like to see one harem where the guy does the thing that we all would think he doesn't example: girl A does a sexual advance "standard harem male lead" does omg what pulls away. See what he should do is advance back and make the girl uncomfortable. In which I'll be like yes finally!!! So, how does this play out with voice acting, well the voices for male leads tend to be timid in such a way, when situations arises when the "mood" is being developed there is no shred of confidence none...

In my opinion they should've left it only. Other than that I can honestly say when it comes to the newer dubs like Steins;Gate 9 times out of 10 they tend to do a good job. Hell High School of the Dead was nothing but zombies with tits and their dub sounds good.
