Have you considered a prepaid VISA or Mastercard or a Rixty card? Unless they removed it, CR also has the option to send in a payment by mail (check or money order).

I go to a Coinstar once a year to empty out a jar that I keep all of my change in. I don't remember seeing a Rixty card option the last time I used a Coinstar, but I will make sure to double check for one the next time I use a Coinstar. I wonder if it is region dependent. I usually get an HEB gift card to buy groceries since they do not charge the processing fee for getting that card, but the last time I counted my jar they were not offering the HEB gift card anymore, and none of the other cards were for places that I shop at, so I ended up paying the fee to have my coins counted and just got cash back. Would have been nice to have gotten a Rixty card.
