FIRST - You'll have to draw yourself as your own original Magi character. Try and stay true to the designs and fashions seen so far in the first 6 episodes of Magi. Episode 7 goes live tomorrow ! So, let's go ahead and include that episode as well. SECOND - Design and draw what your original character would look like after equipping his/her Djinn ~ ! Here's some inspiration, for those of you who have no seen episode 5, this may be a spoiler, so I'm going to hide it !! I'm not sure if anyone has asked this yet, but do we have to technically draw ourselves? Can we draw an original character or possibly a genderbend of ourselves or...? Because it does say yourself but also original character in the contest :O
Oh and I'd like to reserve the name Seere for my djinn if it's not taken  |

So many contest lately! i just got into magi and it's nw one of my fav = w =) i worked extra hard on this one and took the chance to try a new coloring style :3
like my other work i ll have a (sortta long) backstory, cuz i think that's the best part of making a character ^^'':  Name: Farralon Djinn of JEALOUSY and PRIDE gives strength magic, i ll post sketches later ' u '  Name: Kitab Shahryar Age: 19~ish Weapon: Djinn, the purple ring Personality: Sly, Calculative, Determined, Hard worker, Skeptical How he became a dungeon conquerer??? He is part of a group of servants accompanying a wealthy nobleman into a dungeon. However during the exploration, one by one, the servants are killed. When a monster attacked, Kitab was about to be sacrificed by the nobleman, but he managed to escape and the nobleman was eaten instead. Afterwards.... Kitab remained low as people knew the deceased nobleman well. The djinn fortunately transported him out of the dungeon into a far location. He later decided to travel and make a name for himself.  The Djinn resides in his ring and when he equipped the djinn the ring becomes the metal hand claw. The finger armor (=_=?) can extend and grab a large object to fling or hold and spin it like a pendulum. |

You can make an OC or just you, yourself as a character inspired by the series~ And oh the irony. I was going to name my Djinn Seere too OTL So please don't think I'm stealing from you once I post up my entry ; ~ ; (maybe I should have posted this earlier /le tear/) |
