imo they just need to update the old files in their databases, some shows are still using the fan-made low quality files, just an example is "Hayate no Gotoku" the first 2 seasons have encoded subtitles (and in a horrible yellow font). That anime is amazing and they've the license for it, I mean.. it's a freaking waste to use low quality files since the new season is ongoing, I bet many people wants to see the previous seasons. The CR video player is probably the best out there, this is another reason why they should update those files, it's definitely a waste. Also, an option to enable/disable subtitles in opening/closing themes would be really nice.

Kaiba, Dennou Coil, Real Drive, Milky Holmes S2, Zettai Karen Children, Koi Kaze, Welcome to Irabu's office, Kurenai, and Book of Bantorra. I've seen these and wouldn't watch them again but they're shows that I'd like to recommend to others but I hate recommending stuff that can only be watched via piracy.
I also wish they could work out some sort of deals to do physical releases of old shows. No JP company will probably ever even consider a deal that was pure revenue splits, but there's a decent amount of shows here that have no real chance of getting licensed for a fee but might be able to bring in decent amounts of money via 100% revenue split deal. Things that immediately come to my mind are Erin, Mitsudomoe, Cat God, Myself;Yourself, School Days (a massive wtf and why this hasn't been licensed yet), and H20 Footprints in the Sand.

I notice a lot of the ones listed are funi titles, if you want c-roll to have them go beat down funimations door to get them to actually work with c-roll on the liscensing instead of stonewalling them.
